2. Our Services

The clear and clean Solution has the following professional services to offer: Cleaning of the house (in-house and outside)

• Commercial Cleaning
• School Cleaning
• Kindergarten Cleaning
• NDIS Registered Cleaning
• Moving and Removal Services (residential and commercial)

The availability of all services, written or verbal confirmation, and agreed scope of work are subject to all services.

3. Bookings & Service Agreements

The reservation should be made by telephone, email, or letter. When you accept a booking, you accept:

• Make a right disclosure as to the premises or objects to be transferred.
• Non-harmful and rational access to the facility.
• Make sure the utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are available when needed.

Services can be rejected or terminated if they might result in misinformation, jeopardise safety, or exceed the scope of the agreement.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are provided based on the information supplied by the client.
• Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes.
• Payment must be made as agreed at the time of booking.
• Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by law.

For removal services, additional charges may apply for:

• Heavy items (including pianos or specialised equipment)
• Stairs or difficult access
• Extended time beyond quoted hours

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of service, clients should give reasonable notice.
The cancellation fees may be due to late cancellations or the inability to give access.
We may reschedule services due to weather, security concerns, vehicle technical issues, or personnel availability.

6. Removal & Moving Services – Liability

While we take all reasonable care in handling your belongings:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• Fragile or valuable items must be disclosed prior to service.
• Items packed by the client are moved at the client’s risk unless otherwise agreed.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or the service fee paid, to the extent permitted by law.
• We recommend that clients arrange appropriate insurance coverage for high-value goods.

7. Cleaning Services – Service Standards

We provide services with due care, skill, and professionalism. However:

• Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition, age, and material of the surfaces.
• We do not guarantee stain removal where permanent damage exists.
• For end-of-lease cleaning, we aim to meet standard real estate requirements, but final bond decisions are made by property managers.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. NDIS Services

Where services are provided under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS):

• Services are delivered in accordance with agreed support plans.
• We follow NDIS Practice Standards and relevant safety guidelines.
• Participants or representatives must ensure safe and respectful working conditions.

9. Workplace Health & Safety

We comply with Victorian Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
We may refuse to perform work if:

• The environment is unsafe
• Hazardous materials are present.
• There is a risk of injury or property damage.

10. Intellectual Property
